In truth, you may be onto something. Clarity is something our conversation most decidedly lacked, but he was agitated when he asked to see them. As though he was interested in the state of them. ( The feet. ) He also asked if I missed 'it' and if that is where I'd gone. He spoke of plains and lakes immediately after.
