( He was focused on the feet, on the significance of them, but missed other details. Missed the fact Emilia was not the woman he mistook her for. )

People believe it may provide some clarity on the mystery surrounding her, including clearing the king's name from the rumors circulating about his involvement in her disappearance. Strengthen his ties to the throne. I do not know if finding her is worth that, however.
