A pertinent question. If we had any idea where we were going it might be an option, but our final destination -- all organised by our benefactor -- is not something I have documented. Nor details of how to get there.

I don't' disagree with the suspicion, but he does at least normally do what he said he'd do -- we do find we arrive places where he has indeed organised accommodation and there is a beacon we can try to use to get home. Which several people have indeed used.

I'm not unopposed, in theory, though I doubt our group has the knowledge to crew a vessel. We won't be going far with just a few of us, even if we manage to...acquire...a ship.
