I'm not sure if I want to get out there or stay. Some space would be nice, but it's hard to picture what we're up against up there.

That's why I've been asking around, putting together a picture of what to expect. Apparently we're headed to the half that doesn't have dragons, which honestly is a little disappointing. Dragons are so much cooler than robots.

Security issues aside, I'd rather take the robots. At least they're not carnivores, or big, or any of it.

Yeah but you can't fly on the back of these robots. Which is lame because most of the robots from my world can fly. We got stuck with some serious duds.

Oh, well, I grew up in Nebraska, and my husband in Illinois. [Fellow midwesterners, except...] Both without robots, for the most part.

Do you have self-driving cars and that too?

They are working on those. Sometimes they still run over the test dummies.

Perhaps. I'm sure they got set back when half the world's population was blipped out of existence for five years.
