un : deft hand of little deaths (voice)

So, I talked to An- to Haltham.

[Is it a good idea to use Anurr's name on the network? Probably not, so let's stick to the other one. Most people know who this refers to anyway.]

Now, I'm not saying we should do what he asked because well, these people are still people, and they were enslaved a long time, and it feels only fair that they should be able to choose what they want to do with themselves.

But he says he might be able to help with their pain.

Except he also said that he doesn't know yet how.

.... That's not very helpful, is it? Sorry.

Maybe, but then you get into, like ... 'MWahahah! My evil plan is now complete! Now you must die!'

[he's pretty sure that submitting to the bad guy's demands is a good way to get yourself killed is what he's saying]

The dude hijacked someone else's transmission, just so he could alt-caps all over the place. [or, well, the verbal equivalent of alt-caps, anyway. his point still stands!] How is that not his style?

But still the probably-murder us kind.

[right? right?]

[horror movies have led him to believe that the undead are inherently evil -- or at least dangerous. also:] That's not what the Wicked Witch of the West told me.

[Karsa told him that Anurr wanted to make them into zombies, too. he's pretty sure you have to be dead before you can be undead and he's also pretty sure Anurr doesn't plan on waiting for them to just drop dead of old age]

Yeah, but you ever wonder why?

[actually, that's a good question]
