Partisans will often fight. Their leaders are usually not careless enough to make their opinions known to virtual strangers especially when they concern their ruler who is also family. Presenting a united front to outsiders would be smart. Lord Thyvault is stoking the flames of dissent on purpose and in public, and I'd like to know why.
