( while he sadly cannot answer at this moment, as he fled out the window without a pendant, he can eventually reach one of his stashed ones. and clothing stashes. as it is, allison is one of the few to feel for his plight, or believe he has one.

meanwhile, there is bear butt on screen. a bear, trying to squirm through the window wei wuxian fled out, too narrow for those bear hips. the bear, increasingly, seems to consider simply crashing through by use of bear arms, and bear strength. )

alas, the lack now is met by furry bear behind. shifting, shivering, dare we say quivering from use of muscle and play of tension under fur. out, the bear strives, but does not, sadly, make it. yet.

Wei Wuxian has never struck me as the antagonistic type.

[Though she'll admit that her experience is limited, she doesn't know his husband as well as Lan Wangji does.]

( she will find this is true: the bear looks more confused than angry, but it doesn't seek to embrace her as it does, repeatedly, with wei wuxian. there's just something about a twig of a necromancer that calls to the bear's heart. perhaps it remembers an earlier incarnation of anurr. perhaps not. perhaps it wishes for anurr to meet another fate.

perhaps it wants to bring wei wuxian home. meet the vengeance family.

wei wuxian refuses to hang around to know.

she will find, however, the pendant is hanging off a chair's corner, where, not so strangely, also clothing is draped. because wei wuxian is not a heathen and strips down coordinatedly before bathing. evidence of his wet footprints remain across the floor, only half smeared by the bear's behemoth paws, the bear resigned to simply sitting and staring out the window and chuffing out a call for its escaped intended. how is it to bring someone to anurr who is consistently not staying around after bear tries to join in the bathing?

at least the annoying one in white-that-does-not-smell-of-snow is not here to loom and taste of confused, bloody intent. the bear paws at its muzzle, then paws at the window again. why is it not larger?

if he takes to the rooftops, he'll find wei wuxian... having liberated some of line dried clothing for himself, dressed hodgepodge in a linen shift, with an apron over it. no one said he had good lines to pick from, only that he's inventive and not pleased with running around naked.

so he is still wet, hair dripping, wearing a white shift and a patchwork apron, ducked behind a roof partition. because he doesn't want the bear to find him. )

[Allison hesitates, before deciding she's just going to wing it. Let's talk to the bear. Maybe the bear talks back. It's not like she hasn't seen weirder at this point.]

So, once he does find Wei Wuxian he takes stock of what the other was wearing before holding out a cloak that he'd made by hand, it was dark blue in color with white along the outer edges. ]
