It was temporary and I required telepathic assistance to regain my ability to process my own thoughts linearly. This time, it stopped once I was back here, but I find my mind dwelling on things I have not yet processed fully.

For my people, regular meditation is a part of necessary personal maintenance, but I hope that a nap or some amount of sleep will offer you a similar respite.
