I hope everyone is doing alright. It seems sleep is becoming difficult for many. In addition to healing, I have a sleep spell if anyone finds themselves in need of it.

( As he says, he does go hunting for Eleven once he's back, going through the servant common spaces, the assorted rooms, popping into the kitchen, all in search of One Good Young Man with a cheery expression on his face as soon as he finds him. )

[Eleven is easy enough to find, drying his hands from a rinse as he turns. Sleeves rolled up and bangs pulled back out of his face- though as he speaks, he moves to pull the tie out and let his hair settle]

No, you have good timing.

[He gives Wei Wuxian a clinical once-over]

( Wei Wuxian looks, all things considered, like a man who could use more sleep, one touched by the outside cold, but of energy and upbeat disposition. Still thin, when one looks at the planes of his face, but not gaunt. There are servants here who look better than he does, but there are plenty of denizens of the city who look worse.

He's lively enough that his saying: )

( Is not, in fact, a lie. )

What specifics did you have in mind? Ah, a moment though, we don't always need the walls listening in...

( He's reaching inside his outer robe to fish out slips of paper, smaller than would be his general preference, on which he's drawn a silence charm for general, short term use. )

[Uninjured, but tired and looking like someone that needs to eat more. But that's a terrible choice they all have to make: the decision between food and escape.

Eleven eyes the bits of paper with a curious gaze]

I'm okay. I used a fair bit of magic, but Mina is doing better now. Did you want to go somewhere else to talk?

( There's at least the millet! So much millet. Filling, basic, warm... that's about it. )

Is there anything else she needs? Even something more filling, we can get her better meals, by some.

( With the paper pressed to the door, he turns and smiles. )

Here's fine! For the next half hour or so.

[Eleven blinks, then shrugs and picks a spot on the floor to occupy with a faint smile]

She was overjoyed the last time I brought her soup, so I think it would help lift her spirits at least.

[She's similar to him in that way. The promise of food with real flavor and substance is very motivating. He thinks Wei Wuxian would benefit just as much]

Perhaps after we've spoken, if we only have so long. [And that's something he'd like to ask about, but..]

For supplies, no matter how we're travelling, probably what's most important is food, warm clothes and blankets. Lan Wangji has agreed to accompany me to the docks for work and some fish at a later time.

[He can't help but grin a little, wondering how that will go]

With salt from the mines, we could keep it for a time. Medical supplies next, probably.. Already, given the number of us, that's a lot we need.

Hah, then I'll see what I can manage!

( He'll get her a delicious meal, that's decided in that moment, and he'll follow through on it to be certain. It's just that the rest gives him enough pause that he blinks and smiles, laughing by some degree of reflex. )

Ah, hahaha, he, oh. That's... great! Very forward looking! Mind telling me when you both are heading to that? Lan Zhan isn't, ah, he's not so familiar with the business.

( Of gutting anything off a battlefield, really. )

Mm, mm, salting the fish, seeing what smoked or dried provisions there are, easy to carry. Going to need some kin of sack to carry all this, ah? Sacks, blankets, clothing, food, water containers. Food is preferred light and long lasting... or if we have heavier things, enough who can carry. Small, light cookware, wooden or metal plates, cooking stuff, those are things we need at least some of, but people can share if we're cooking as a group away from here, right?

( He smiles, though he's calculating what that means. He hasn't found spices he likes in this market, or rather, anything he's seen is exorbitant, so everything he plans is, to him... mild. Blandish. )

[He laughs shortly, reaching into his pouch to withdraw a leather-bound journal and pencil.]

I know. I'll look after him.

[Grinning to himself, Eleven pens in a list as Wei Wuxian speaks, though it fades a bit as he looks some of it over]

I think most of this won't be too expensive on its own. [Together, likely a tidy sum, but he can afford some of it himself] Clothing may be the exception, but I'd hope most of us would have already managed that for ourselves..

He, uh. His clan? Family, family is a good word for this, they're all vegetarian, so his knowledge of anything with fish is... not there.

( For understandable reason, but he's trying to hint at why this is a concern to him when it comes to, ah, profits. As one hopes to make by helping and not metaphorically stabbing oneself in the foot. )

Clothing! Is trickier, if we're leaving the citadel streets. Warm cloaks and boots and pants, those are a priority, or bulking up and out what people have... that's where if we can see who has appropriate things for the weather we're in now can be managed. Once we're in different regions, we'll adjust! Up here, layers are our friends.
