So far I have personally spoken with 1 "magician", 4 sword fighters counting the two of us, 3 distance fighters counting the two of us -- I presume, given your remarks -- 2 with medic skills counting myself, and 1 "hero".

Most of those are the same few people. I have seen several around that I've not had opportunity to evaluate. This local warlord was, it seems, quite overeager for new recruits.
