As it's becoming more than obvious that there are many forces in play here in Taravast, and since there are a goodly number of us who have taken advantage of the resources available for research here in the city I wondered if we shouldn't get together and talk about everything that's happened and what we've learned.

I know some of us tried this back at the farm with some success, and I believe it's worth trying again.

If you'd like to come to have some tea and compare notes - maybe see if there's some overlap that might be helpful, there's a tavern on the far end of the artist district called The Ruby's Arms. The owner, Annunziata (Nunzio if you're on good terms) is quite deaf and not all there, and his establishment is very quiet. We'll be able to use his back room with little trouble and I'm prepared to charm the space to prevent what we say from being overheard.

I'll be there about an hour before dusk this evening.

Strange doesn't even begin to cover it! Nevermind the explicit agreement that I not ask about the future - just a tad foreboding even if I know it's for the sake of preserving the flow of time. Still! Why couldn't she have said - Lily Evans? The famous author slash genius slash greatest curse breaker of our time? Or something equally encouraging?

Regardless, she's got a great head on her shoulders, and she's on our corridor.

I'll admit I'm not familiar with the rules. The ... preservation of the timestream and all. But I do know you are as inquisitive as me, and coming to such an agreement could not have been easy.

I look forward to meeting her nonetheless.

Time traveling is incredibly dangerous in my world, tampering with the past or the future can lead to terrible results - I had to research it one year for school.

Is he a decent sort? I spoke with him not too long ago, he mentioned you as someone he trusts which tells me he has wonderful taste in people.

Time travel isn't possible in my world. Not that I know of.

( neither is resurrection. her ambitious plans would've grown much more ambitious and dangerous, perhaps, if this were not so. )

Decent isn't the first word that comes to mind when I think of him. On a personal level, I want to strangle him more often than not. But where Taravast is concerned, yes. You can trust he wants the same thing we do. He's a formidable ally to have on your side. ( no one wants wrath as an enemy. unless you're emilia and are prone to blind rages in his proximity. )
