Not entirely. I knew him when I was younger, before I inherited the position. But being a Star Master is not something you choose. It chooses you. We believe the Stars do not err in their choices.

We have known tragedy and our current cohort of Star Masters runs young. Two of them almost children still. But we are still the Lords and Ladies the Stars have chosen and we carry that responsibility with us.
