I would say such a descriptor is hardly helpful. It cannot be referring to any of us as we haven't been in each others' company that long. As for those who have helped us, yes, I would say I trust them, but only with their attempts to ferry us along and away from danger since I haven't gotten to know them very well beyond that. Everyone is going to have a different level of trust with everyone they meet.
