Has anyone seen anything like a spray bottle being sold at the markets? Some kind of water receptacle connected to something that will spray water out when compressed. A perfume bottle would work. Anything that sprays water will do.

A spray of water. To discourage offending behavior from certain parties. The alternative is to simply smack them upside the head, but, well. They start losing brain cells that way and it compounds the issue.
