It's been on and off for a few days, now. I uncovered his journal among the thorns. He'd written a likely rhetorical question, but I thought he'd benefit from an answer, so I wrote to him. It is something of my purview both, to guide the lost, and ask questions alike.

That being said - I doubt he'd be receptive to questions, no. I've many myself, but I had the feeling this had to be handled with a delicate hand.
